Package Terms and Pass Guarantee Terms

These Package Terms and Pass Guarantee Terms apply to LicenceMate package purchases. They explain what is included in each package, when a guarantee benefit is available, and the conditions that must be satisfied before any guarantee applies.

Standard Pass Guarantee

Pass Guarantee included*

The standard Pass Guarantee is one free re-test if you satisfy the Pass Guarantee conditions.

Pass Guarantee conditions:

• you purchased an eligible package
• you booked your VORT test, Pre-VORT, and use of instructor car through LicenceMate
• you completed your package lessons
• your instructor signed off that you were test-ready before the test

If these conditions are not met, the Pass Guarantee does not apply.

VIP Pass Guarantee

VIP Pass Guarantee included*

*Unlimited lessons and VORT attempts until you pass, subject to a first-lesson eligibility review. See Package Terms and Pass Guarantee Terms.

After your first lesson, LicenceMate may withdraw VIP Pass Guarantee eligibility in its discretion and professional judgment if we believe you are unlikely to pass within a reasonable number of attempts.

If VIP Pass Guarantee eligibility is withdrawn after the first lesson, you may choose either a full refund or conversion to a standard package.

Pickup and Drop-off

Lesson pickup and drop-off is included with every package. Test-day pickup and drop-off is included with the VIP package only.
